When we create your custom etched crystal awards
there are a few set-up and preparation fees that may accompany
your order. Every order is customized to your exact specifications
to make sure you recieve the higest quality etched crystal award
possible.

ETCHING
DEEP ETCHING is the norm at CRYSTALIS.
Pricing includes deep etching to 4 sq. inches. Please call for
a quote
if you require a larger area or multiple etching.
Minimum
charge for second surface etching is $6.00.
PERSONALIZATION up to three lines costs $8.00.
GLUING & MOUNTING
Gluing will be charged at $8.00 to
$20.00 per item, depending on the size of the gluing surface. We
recommend gluing the crystal award to a custom-cut
mirror before gluing to any marble or black glass
base (mirror lamination). Average charge is $20.00
COLOR FILL
Color fill is available in silver and in gold only
at $8.00 to 4 sq.ins.
ARTWORK
All etching orders must be accompanied by a camera-ready
art work or a computer disc image or
email in CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator(PC), TIFF or EPS
format.

confusion please identify emailed art with your name and order
number. Please do not send Mac format discs.
Artwork must be in black-and-white, sharp and clean.
Crystalis will notify you if the art work
requires modification or must be retouched, and will
charge $70.00 per hour if you request those changes.
Crystalis
will etch in accordance with the signed
proof. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that
the signed proof is correct. Paper proofs: First is free
of charge. Subsequent paper proofs: $10.00.
SAMPLES
Samples are shipped on terms, COD or
credit card for return in 30 days. All freight charges are incurred
by the customer.
RETURNED SAMPLES will be credited (MINUS
FREIGHT CHARGES) if the samples are returned within 30 days
in ORIGINAL CONDITION. Please send a copy of the
invoice with the product, and call for Return
Authorization number.
RUSH CHARGES
If you require us etch and ship in
less than seven working days from P0, deposit and art, we will
apply a 20% RUSH CHARGE to the total order.
CUSTOM ORDERS
We make custom crystal award shapes.
A 50% deposit is required on all custom-shape orders.
Design and artwork charges should be discussed
with your account representative. Tooling charges
will apply (from $200.00) for custom crystal shapes.
Molding charges begin at $800.00.
The tooling charge covers labor, but
does not necessarily reserve design rights.
